Interior of a room with a black television, a black floor lamp with a beige lampshade, a potted plant, and decorative objects on a black surface, next to a wall with molding and window with horizontal blinds.

When the homeowners of this four-room HDB at Compassvale first approached us, they had one clear vision: a classy Modern Colonial home. Step inside and that vision comes to life. The living room unfolds along vinyl flooring, adorned with wainscoting and cornice details that add elegance. Black and white blinds frame the windows, while soft cove lighting lets the family adjust the mood with the touch of a button. Pops of green from potted leafy plants bring energy to the dark furniture, balancing traditional charm with a fresh touch.

A dining area next to a kitchen with black cabinets, decorative shelves, and a black round table with white chairs, a vase with green plants, and various kitchen items.

Your eye naturally drifts to the dining area, where an extendable table awaits for long dinners with friends and family or quick breakfasts on busy mornings. Behind it, a mirrored, illuminated cabinet showcases glassware while reflecting light, visually expanding the space.

Modern kitchen with black cabinets, white and black marbled backsplash, stainless steel sink, small black oven and microwave, toaster oven, knife holder, paper towel holder, and a black refrigerator covered with colorful fridge magnets.

Beyond the casement door lies a charming kitchen with patterned tiles and sintered stone backsplash that keeps the look clean and easy to maintain.

A bedroom with wooden walls and a beige bed with stacked pillows, a framed abstract artwork on the wall, and a nightstand with an electrical outlet.

The master bedroom is a miniature sanctuary in itself. One side is dedicated to rest, while the other houses a vanity zone that keeps things organised.
