Industrial @ Pasir Ris Drive

A home that is a little more intimate, a little more quiet, and a little more intentional in every detail.

This industrial-style home is defined by dark, saturated wood grains and raw textures, creating an intimate, private interior that feels intentionally detached from the noise outside. Home to a couple and their dog, the design reflects a considered way of living. By day, the living room remains understated, with a single artwork set against limewash walls, allowing the space to feel calm and grounded. The floor-to-ceiling cabinetry uses deep walnut timber, with subtly curved edges that soften the overall composition. Black track lighting and recessed spotlights are carefully layered throughout, allowing specific areas to be highlighted and creating a quiet interplay of light and shadow. By night, the space transforms into a private cinema, with a projector replacing the conventional television.

Television is rarely the focus here. Instead, the home is shaped around coffee and cameras. At the entrance, a curated collection of cameras introduces the homeowners’ interests and sets the tone for the rest of the space. Just behind the sofa, a discreet barista station integrates daily coffee rituals into the living area.

The kitchen is anchored by a generous 2.5m x 1.5m island, designed to support gathering, dining, and extended conversations. Across the home, subtle details reflect personality, including understated elements of humour woven into the interior composition.

Even the master bathroom is carefully resolved, featuring a custom laundry storage system that maintains visual clarity and conceals everyday functions.
