Ever wondered how the founder of Insight.Out Studio lives like? Step inside this stunning 5-room BTO flat! There wasn’t a single fixed theme in mind, yet everything came together beautifully through one key element — unfinished textures.

Since the owner loves to cook, the dining area centers around a long table perfect for hosting, enhanced by a DIY textured wall that sets the tone for the home. The farmhouse-inspired kitchen provides ample storage, with cabinetry running the full length of the space.

Even the common corridor was thoughtfully reimagined. By slightly reducing room sizes, the layout now feels more open and inviting — ideal for guests or quiet moments of rest. A statement sink and mirror take the place of the conventional common toilet setup, bringing personality and charm. The sideboard, crafted from individual glass blocks carefully pieced together, stands as a true labor of love.
